Shipping Policy

We deliver via courier. Please ensure we have a contact number and instructions for alternative delivery arrangements should you not be available to receive your order – you can put this in the order notes during check out.

 

Refund Policy

In extremely rare cases where you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt and no longer than 2 days after you have received your product. We will endeavour to come to a mutually agreeable solution to the problem. Goods should be in their original packaging and unopened (please note our products cannot be returned due to ‘change of mind’ as they are goods which can be tempered with) and returned within 7 days of purchase to an address which we will provide to you. Return costs are for your account and any agreed refunds will only be processed when we have received the goods thus we recommend you use a traceable method of delivery with a proof of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
