HOW TO USE ON SKIN: Apply a few drops into the palm of your hands & apply to cleansed skin. If using as part of a routine, apply after your water-based products & before your moisturizer. Can also be used after your moisturizer/as a moisturizer.

HOW TO USE ON HAIR: Apply a few drops into the palm of your hands & use your fingertips to massage the oil into your scalp & down your strands. Do this a few minutes before you intend to wash your hair. It can also be kept on overnight, this gives the hemi-Squalane oil time to penetrate the hair quite deeply before washing it out. Use 2-3 times a week. Alternatively, you can use it on wet/dry hair. Apply 1-2 drops to the palm of your hands & massage it through your hair from roots to tips before/after styling your hair.
